Proposed internal reconfiguration and rear extension ( including demolishing existing Conservatory to enable erection of new rear extension with Picture window)

Brief - To create an open plan Kitchen / Family Room / Dining Room  to better suit the house to cater for modern family living.

Planning and construction of a new build house in Wolviston located in the Conservation Area and between 3 Listed Buildings and hence required sensitive design. The house is currently on site and nearing completion.

Internal reconfiguration / New side extension to House to accommodate new Utility plus internal reconfiguration.
